2. Purchase process
Shopping at ROOTS BAREFOOT is easy:
- Choose the products you want and add them to the cart.
- Complete your shipping and billing information.
- Select the available payment method.
- Review and confirm your order.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices shown on our website include VAT (when applicable) and are expressed in euros (€).
For orders placed and shipped within the European Union, prices include the corresponding VAT according to applicable tax regulations.
Shipping costs will be added to the final amount before completing the purchase and will be clearly detailed during the payment process.
Currently, we ship exclusively within Europe. In these cases, no additional import duties or fees will apply, as these are intra-community operations.
If we expand our shipments outside Europe, some orders may be subject to taxes or duties at the destination. Such charges will be borne by the customer and paid to the corresponding authorities.
4. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Gift card.
Payment must be made at the time of order confirmation. Orders that have not been properly paid will not be processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship to all of Europe.
Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and are indicated during the purchase process and on our Shipping Policy. page.
During promotional campaigns, high demand periods, or holidays, delivery times may be affected.
6. Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to make an exchange or return, please consult our Return and Exchange Policy, where you will find all the necessary information to manage the process.
7. Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions
- Promotions, discounts, and coupons cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The welcome discount will not apply to the purchase of product packs, as these packs already include a special offer. Therefore, discount combinations on pack purchases will not be accepted.
- If the welcome discount includes free shipping, it will only be valid for Mainland Spain. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Europe is excluded.
- Welcome discount codes are exclusive to new subscribers of our newsletter.
These codes are sent automatically by email once the subscription is completed. - Welcome codes have a limited validity, which will be indicated in the email sending the code.
- Each welcome code is personal and non-transferable, and can only be used once per customer.
- ROOTS BAREFOOT S.L reserves the right to cancel any code or promotion in case of misuse, suspected fraud, or breach of the terms of use.
- Discounts and promotions may be subject to specific conditions, such as validity dates, available stock, or product categories.
8. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Despite efforts to keep stock information updated in our online store, occasional errors or inventory synchronization mismatches may occur. If a purchased product is unavailable due to these circumstances, we commit to informing you as soon as possible.
In such a situation, we will offer you the following options, always in accordance with current consumer protection legislation:
- The possibility to wait for the product restock, if planned.
- Replacement with a product of equivalent characteristics and value, if you wish.
- A full refund of the amount paid, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
9. Liability
ROOTS BAREFOOT S.L will not be responsible for delays or breaches caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or interruptions in logistical supply.
10. Modification of the conditions
ROOTS BAREFOOT S.L reserves the right to modify these Purchase Conditions at any time.
Modifications will not affect orders that have already been previously confirmed.
We recommend periodically reviewing these conditions to stay informed of any changes.

12. Applicable law and Jurisdiction
These Purchase Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
13. Roots Care range Warranty Policy
(Applicable exclusively to Roots Care tools)
This policy exclusively regulates the warranties applicable to Roots Care tools marketed by ROOTS BAREFOOT. These warranties do not extend to any other products besides these tools.
By purchasing and using these tools, the customer fully accepts the terms and conditions described herein.
13.1 100-Day Warranty — Store Credit (Non-Refundable)
13.1.1 The 100-Day Warranty allows the customer to request a full refund of the amount paid (minus shipping costs) in the form of store credit, provided the request is made within 100 calendar days from the order delivery date.
13.1.2 Refunds will be made only through store credit.
Under no circumstances may the credit be converted, redeemed, or requested as a cash refund, bank transfer, card refund, cash, or any other monetary form, even if the customer states they do not wish to purchase other products.
13.1.3 Store credit is granted only once per customer, regardless of the number of tools purchased in the past or future.
The customer may not use this warranty repeatedly, alternately, or consecutively with the intention of obtaining undue advantages, testing products without intent to use, or generating purchase-return-purchase cycles.
13.1.4 To activate the warranty, the customer must contact ROOTS BAREFOOT through official channels and follow the established procedure. The company may request additional information to verify identity and eligibility.
13.1.5 ROOTS BAREFOOT reserves the right to reject requests that show signs of abuse, fraud, improper product use, tampering, modifications, alterations, or any attempt to dishonestly benefit from this warranty.
13.2 Use and Durability Warranty — Genuine Defects in Roots Care Tools
13.2.1 Roots Care tools come with a warranty that only covers manufacturing defects or material failures that prevent normal operation.
13.2.2 To assess the issue, the customer must attach clear and sharp photographs showing the alleged defect. ROOTS BAREFOOT will review this visual material and will reasonably and definitively determine if the defect corresponds to:
- A genuine material or manufacturing failure, or
- Damage resulting from handling, misuse, deliberate cutting, modification, normal wear, improper use, or any alteration incompatible with normal product use.
13.2.3 The warranty only covers defects that prevent or make it impossible to use the tool correctly.
The following will not be considered covered defects:
- Surface marks that do not affect functionality.
- Damage caused by cuts, tears, excessive stretching, exposure to heat, chemicals, or agents that deteriorate the material.
- Breakages that, according to technical evaluation, are consistent with external or intentional manipulation.
- Wear resulting from normal use of the product.
13.2.4 If ROOTS BAREFOOT determines that the defect is legitimate, the tool will be replaced at no cost to the customer. The replacement will be of the same model or, if unavailable, an equivalent model.
13.2.5 ROOTS BAREFOOT may request additional photographs, videos, or the return of the defective product to complete its evaluation. The customer's refusal to provide such information may result in the warranty being voided.
13.2.6 The final decision on the existence or non-existence of a covered defect shall rest exclusively with ROOTS BAREFOOT after evaluating the submitted evidence.
13.3 General Exclusions
Excluded from any warranty are:
- Damage caused by improper, negligent use or contrary to instructions.
- Manipulations, modifications, deliberate cuts, or alterations made by the user.
- Products exposed to extreme or non-recommended conditions.
- Damage caused by accidents, falls, crushing, or external factors.
- Changes for aesthetic reasons without affecting functionality.
- Requests with signs of fraud, abuse, suspicious activities, or repeated use of the warranty for illegitimate purposes.
13.4 Limitation of Warranty Application
13.4.1. The warranties contemplated here apply exclusively to Roots Care tools.
They do not apply under any circumstances to footwear, textiles, accessories, or any other product sold by ROOTS BAREFOOT.
13.4.2. ROOTS BAREFOOT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update this policy at any time, without affecting previously approved requests.
13.5 Acceptance
The purchase and use of Rocksket tools implies full acceptance of this warranty policy.
Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or abuse may result in the cancellation of the warranty and, if applicable, the preventive blocking of the customer from future requests.
