At Roots Barefoot, we handle exchanges and returns quickly and securely through REVENI, a platform that makes the entire process easy and hassle-free for our customers. With REVENI, you can start a return or size exchange automatically and very easily from our website.

Attention! Below we explain how to do it:

1. Enter the order details:

On the REVENI home screen, you will see 2 fields to enter your order number and your email address. Fill in these fields and select “Continue.”

2. Select the product to return or exchange:

Once you access your order, choose the specific product you wish to return or exchange. Click on the corresponding option.

3. Choose the action you want to carry out:

At this moment you can choose exchange or return.

If you choose exchange, you can opt for a size exchange or a product exchange. The latter option will allow you to select any other product from our website.

4. Generate the return label

Choose the shipping method you want to use. For both exchanges and returns, REVENI will automatically generate a shipping label. You do not need to print it; simply take the barcode to the designated drop-off point.

5. Choose the refund method

For returns, REVENI offers different refund options. You can choose from:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Instant transfer to your bank account
  • Store credit for future purchases

6. Check the status of your return or exchange:

Once the process is complete, you will be able to track it in real time from the REVENI platform. Here you will be notified about the progress until the refund or exchange is finished.

How to manage exchanges and returns.

Our return policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as by Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 to adapt it to European Directive 97/7/EC.

The return or exchange period is 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

IMPORTANT

It is essential that you return the product unused, in its original packaging, and send it to us inside a shipping bag or box. If we see signs of use or the product is damaged due to improper packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.

If you want to make a return, remember that:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with its tags and in its original packaging. It is very important that you return the product to be returned perfectly packed. If it is damaged due to improper packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
How to proceed with the return?
  • The return will be made through the REVENI platform.
  • On this platform, you will need to enter your order number and your email address. Here you can choose which product you want to return.

How do I send you the return?
  • When you request the return, a label or QR code for the return will be sent to your email.
  • Take the package to the office that suits you best (depending on the logistics provider indicated on that label).
  • You do not need to print this label; showing the barcode or QR code at the counter is enough.

SIZE EXCHANGES

How to make a size exchange?

The exchange will be managed through the REVENI platform:

  • The exchange will be made through the REVENI platform.
  • On this platform, you will need to enter your order number and your email address. Here you can choose which product you want to exchange and select the new size. Remember that you can exchange it for another product or another color.
  • Wrap the box in a shipping bag to protect it and prevent damage during shipping (do not stick labels on the box).
  • Take the package to a post office.
  • Show the return label you received by email; it is not necessary to print it.
  • Once you hand over the package at the office, we will take care of sending you the new item (you do not need to wait for it to arrive at the warehouse if the exchange is immediate!).

THERE ARE PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

Based on the current law cited at the beginning of this page, NO following returns are accepted:

  1. Items that come into contact with the body for use: For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for these types of items. Examples: FULL RANGE OF ROOTS CARE: separators, spacers, alignment band, bunion corrector band, ball. 5-TOE SOCKS and INSOLES.
  2. Items that are not suitable for being put back into circulation. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with their original individual wrapping and all their tags, in perfect condition. Used items are not accepted.
