Order Shipments

• Shipping Date: Delivery dates are always estimated. Although we work hard to meet them, there may always be factors beyond our control that delay the shipment (*).
• Shipping Conditions: If your order includes more products besides the pre-order shoes, all items will be shipped together. Partial shipments will not be made before the estimated shipping date, or in special cases, double shipping costs will be charged.

Pre-order Benefits:

• Possible exclusive discount on the final price.
• Limited units: We work with very limited stock, so this is the only way you can secure your pair in the color you want and the size you need.
• Priority in shipping: Receive your pair before anyone else. We will prioritize the shipment of shoes sold in pre-order.
• Allows exchanges and returns, according to our policies.

How to Participate in the Pre-order:

1. Visit our website.
2. Select the model you want to buy, choose the color and your size.
3. A notice saying "Product in Pre-order" will appear.
4. If you continue, it will take you to the payment screen.
5. Pay with the payment method you prefer.
6. You will receive an email confirming the order.
7. When the product is shipped, you will be notified by email and the package tracking number will be sent.

Guarantees and Returns:

• Guaranteed Satisfaction: We want you to be truly pleased with your purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return period of 15 days from the date you receive the product.

Important Note:

(*) The manufacturing, transport, and shipping process may suffer delays due to factors beyond our control, and the delivery date may be slightly later than estimated. Still, we do absolutely everything possible to meet the deadlines.
