1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
It is important not to rely on the numerical size of the conventional footwear you usually wear (e.g., size 38), but rather on the number of centimeters your feet measure (24.2 cm). Below, we explain how to measure your feet correctly.
The footwear should NOT fit tightly; an adequate margin must be ensured so that your foot can expand and retract freely. In this case, we recommend leaving a margin of between 0.7 cm and 1 cm for narrow/normal feet, and up to 1.3 cm for very wide feet.
- It is very important to measure your foot as thoroughly as possible to choose the right size.
- Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe. It does not necessarily have to be your big toe.
- It is important to measure the length of both feet.
- Take the measurement while standing.
- The length measurement in the attached chart is the length of the insole.
This is the size guide for this model. The length corresponds to the length of the inner insole. Remember to select the size that ensures an appropriate margin for your feet.

2. What is my size?
- Place your foot on the paper on a flat, smooth surface. Place the paper and your heel against the wall. Use a pencil to mark the farthest point of your foot (it does not necessarily have to be your big toe). Measure both feet, but especially your longer foot. Measure it while wearing the type of socks you will use with these shoes.
- Measure the distance between the bottom edge of the paper and the line drawn with the pencil. This will be the actual length of your foot.
- We recommend choosing the shoe that leaves an extra margin of between 0.7 cm and 1.3 cm compared with the length of your foot. Remember that the length shown in the chart is the measurement of the shoe’s insole.
- If you are unsure between sizes, you can buy two pairs and then return the one that does not fit.
