WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Do not go by your usual size. Measure your feet in centimeters and find the measurement in the table that provides the correct allowance for your feet.

To choose this model correctly, measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe and add the recommended allowance for this model.

Narrow/normal foot → +0.7 to 1 cm
Very wide foot → up to +1.3 cm

The measurement shown in the table corresponds to the insole inner length:

EXAMPLE

If your longer foot measures 24.2 cm, look for a size that leaves approximately 0.7–1 cm of space.

In this model, size 38 measures 25 cm, so I would leave 0.8 cm of allowance.

→ Recommended size in this example: 38

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

1. Stand on a sheet of paper
Place your heel against a wall. The paper should also touch the wall.

2. Mark the longest toe
It does not have to be the big toe.

3. Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark
Do this for both feet and always use the measurement of the longer foot.

4. Measure with the socks you will wear
Especially for winter models or if you wear thick socks.

5. Add the necessary allowance
Barefoot footwear should not fit tightly. We recommend leaving 0.7–1 cm for narrow or normal-width feet and up to 1.3 cm for very wide feet.

IMPORTANT

✓ Always measure both feet.
✓ Take the measurement standing up.
✓ Use your longer foot as a reference.
✓ Do not automatically choose your usual size.
✓ Your toes should have room to move and spread out.
