WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Do not go by your usual size. Measure your feet in centimeters and use that measurement to calculate your size.

The measurement shown in the table corresponds to the internal shoe length,

Add the recommended allowance to your foot measurement and look for the size closest to: foot measurement + allowance.

Recommended allowance:

Narrow/average-width foot → +0.7 to 1 cm
Very wide foot → up to +1.5 cm

If you are going to wear them with thick socks, you can leave a little more space, as this model has an inner lining.

Keep in mind: the insole serves as a reference for choosing the size, but it does not represent all the interior space available. Due to the shoe’s construction, there is a small amount of additional space in both the toe box and heel area.

The measurement shown in the table corresponds to the internal insole length:

EXAMPLE

If your longer foot measures 24.2 cm, look for a size that leaves approximately 0.7–1 cm of space.

In this model, size 38 measures 25 cm, so I would leave 0.8 cm of allowance, which may be correct for an average foot.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

1. Stand on a sheet of paper
Place your heel against a wall. The paper should also touch the wall.

2. Mark the longest toe
It doesn’t have to be the big toe.

3. Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark
Do this for both feet and always use the measurement of the longer foot.

4. Measure with the socks you intend to wear
Especially for winter models or if you wear thick socks.

5. Add the necessary allowance
Barefoot footwear should not fit tightly. We recommend leaving 0.7–1 cm for narrow or average-width feet and up to 1.3 cm for very wide feet.

IMPORTANT

✓ Always measure both feet.
✓ Take the measurement while standing.
✓ Use your longer foot as a reference.
✓ Don’t automatically choose your usual size.
✓ Your toes should have room to move and spread out.
