Order shipments

• Shipping Date: Delivery dates are always estimated. Although we work hard to meet them, there may always be factors beyond our control that delay shipping (*).
• Shipping Conditions: If your order includes more products, in addition to the pre-sale sneakers, all items will be shipped together. Partial shipments will not be made before the estimated shipping date, or in specific cases, double shipping will be paid.

Pre-sale benefits:

• Possible exclusive discount on the final price.
• Limited units: We work with very limited stocks, so this is the only way you can secure your pair in the color you want and size you need.
• Priority Shipping: Receive your pair before anyone else. We will prioritize shipping the sneakers sold in pre-order.
• Accepts changes and returns.

How to Participate in the Pre-sale:

1. Visit our website.
2. Select the model you want to buy, choose the color and your size.
3. A "Product on Pre-Order" notice will appear
4. If you continue, it will take you to the payment screen.
5. Pay with your preferred payment method.
6. You will receive an email with the order confirmation.
7. When the product is shipped, you will be notified by email and the package tracking number will be sent.

Warranties and Returns:

• Satisfaction Guaranteed: We want you to be truly happy with your purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return period from the date of receipt of the product.

(*) The manufacturing, transport and shipping process may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, and the delivery date may be slightly longer than estimated. Even so, we do absolutely everything possible to meet deadlines.
