IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

It is important not to rely on the numerical size of the conventional footwear you usually wear (e.g., size 38), but rather on the number of cm your feet measure (24.2 cm).  Below, we explain how to measure your feet correctly.

  • It is very important to measure your foot as accurately as possible to choose the right size.
  • Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe. It does not necessarily have to be the big toe.
  • It is important to measure the length of both feet.
  • Take the measurement while standing.
  • Pay close attention to the size guide for each model, as they vary.
  • In the size guide, find the size that best fits your foot by adding the recommended allowance.

📏 About the length of the AIRELLE model

The footwear should NOT fit tightly; you must ensure there is enough space between your foot and the shoe so that your foot can expand and retract freely. For this model, we recommend leaving a space of between 0.6 cm and 1 cm for narrow/regular feet, and up to 1.2 cm for very wide feet.

📏About the width of the AIRELLE model

The Livana model is made from a soft, stretchy, adaptable material that easily conforms to the shape of your foot. Thanks to this design, the shoe does not impose a rigid structure on your toes or the width of your foot; instead, it expands and adapts, providing comfort for both narrower and wider feet.

👉 Why do we offer a range of widths in our size guide?
Because the fabric allows for some tolerance in the width measurement. Therefore, if your foot falls within or close to the indicated range, the shoe will very likely adapt well to your natural shape without causing pressure or restrictions.

👉 What if your foot is wider than the indicated maximum range?
In many cases, it could still adapt thanks to the elasticity of the material, especially if there are no sensitive areas (such as prominent bunions or discomfort on the side of the foot). If you have any questions, write to us and we will be happy to help you confirm the ideal size.

What is my size?

  1. Place your foot on a sheet of paper on a flat, smooth surface. Position the paper and your heel against the wall. Use a pencil to mark the point farthest from your foot (it does not necessarily have to be the big toe). Measure both feet.
  2. Measure the distance between the bottom edge of the paper and the line drawn with the pencil. This will be the actual length of your foot.
  3. You can also trace the outline of your foot on a sheet of paper.
  4. We recommend choosing the shoe that allows an additional space of between 0.5 cm and 0.7 cm beyond the length of your foot. Remember that the length shown in the table is the measurement of the inside of the shoe.
  5. If you are unsure between sizes, you can purchase two pairs and then return the one that does not fit.
