This is not a magic solution
These tools do not work on their own: they are components of a comprehensive approach to recovery and footwear changes. For them to be successful, keep these three pillars in mind.
Time
Each foot has its own starting point. Adaptation is gradual.

Don't push your body too hard. Changes don't happen overnight.

Use the tools mindfully. If you experience any discomfort, stop and go back.

5 tools, 5 different objectives.
They correct toe alignment, relieve bunion pressure, and activate the foot muscles, improving strength and stability during training.
How are they used?
Insert your toes into the 5 slots of the separator.
Always use it while moving, starting with 5–10 minutes a day.
Gradually increase the usage time according to your tolerance.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
Wash with warm/hot water and soap. Leave to air-dry and sprinkle with talcum powder to make the next use easier.
¿Se puede modificar?
Yes. You can cut the elastic band around the big toe or little toe and reduce the thickness of the septa to adapt them to the shape of the foot.
Precauciones
- Do not use them while resting or sleeping
- Do not use them with narrow-toe footwear
- If severe pain occurs, remove them immediately
- Use in children only under professional supervision
The included gray elastic band
Add active work: strengthen and activate the muscles that support toe alignment. Toe separators + resistance band multiply the results.
They secure and maintain the natural space between the toes for extended periods, passively supporting alignment at rest or during low-impact activities.
How are they used?
Insert your toes into the 4 openings of the spacer.
Use it with five-toe socks or barefoot/wide footwear.
Wear it at rest or during low-impact activities, gradually increasing the duration.

Yes. If the space isn’t sufficient, fill the first or last toe separator with the included pads, or trim the separators to fit your foot.

ROOTS Soft Spacers are specifically designed for people who need to start from scratch, with maximum softness and caution, whether due to a foot condition, pain, or a severely compromised starting point.
How are they used?
Insert your toes into the 4 openings of the spacer.
Use it with five-toe socks or barefoot/wide footwear.

The stretch is more intense: progress more slowly than with the basic models.
Increase the usage time only if it does not cause you any discomfort.

Wash with warm/hot water and soap. Let air-dry and sprinkle with talcum powder to make it easier to put on next time.

Not recommended. They are designed to provide maximum effectiveness and comfort as they are.
Precauciones
- More intense opening: progress more slowly than with the basic models
- Not recommended for very sensitive feet without supervision
- Remove if pain or irritation occurs
- Do not use while resting, sleeping, or wearing tight footwear

Same use as in the basic version: active work that strengthens and maintains finger alignment over time.
Designed to relieve and correct one of the most common foot problems—bunions—by reducing pain and pressure in the area.
How is it used?
Big toe in the small opening, with the silicone toward the second toe.
Wrap the heel with the large opening (works for both feet).
Start while standing still, 5–10 minutes a day, then gradually progress to moving.

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Allow to dry completely.
¿Se puede modificar?
Yes. If the thumb feels tight, open the seam with scissors. If it is loose at the heel, sew that area until it fits well.
Precauciones
- It must not cut off circulation to the big toe
- Avoid prolonged use at first; increase usage gradually
- Stop using it if there is pain, swelling, or redness
- Do not use it with tight footwear or while sleeping
Promotes myofascial release in the foot, strengthens its muscles, and improves blood circulation.
How is it used?
Place the ball on a flat, firm surface.
Roll your foot from your toes to your heel, applying light pressure.
Gradually increase the pressure and duration without overdoing it.

Wash with water and mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and leave to air-dry. Avoid extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.
¿Se puede modificar?
No. Its design is specifically intended to provide effective relief just as it is.
Precauciones
- Do not apply excessive pressure at the beginning
- Avoid using it on slippery surfaces
- If you have acute plantar fasciitis or another condition, use it with caution and professional advice
