Information about our partnership program

Below are the policies, obligations, and expectations applicable to the ROOTS BAREFOOT affiliate program. These rules are designed to ensure a successful and beneficial collaboration for both parties.

 

General Policies

    1. Program membership
      • Affiliation is open to individuals and companies who share the values of ROOTS BAREFOOT, such as sustainability, quality, and innovation.
      • Affiliates must complete the registration form and be approved by our team.
    2. Duration of affiliation
      • The affiliation will remain active as long as the conditions and obligations described in this document are met. ROOTS BAREFOOT reserves the right to terminate the affiliation in case of non-compliance.
    3. Commissions and payments
      • Commissions are calculated based on sales generated through unique links or discount codes assigned to the affiliate.
      • Payment will be made via Paypal. 
    4. Promotion of ROOTS BAREFOOT
      • Affiliates are expected to promote ROOTS BAREFOOT ethically and without deceptive practices. 

    Affiliate Obligations

      1. Content generation
        • Content creation related to ROOTS BAREFOOT is expected. This includes social media posts, blogs, reviews, and video content. 
        • The brand name must be mentioned and official materials provided, such as logos and images, must be used.
      2. Use of links and codes
        • Affiliates must exclusively use the links and discount codes provided by ROOTS BAREFOOT to track sales.
      3. Inactivity
        • If an affiliate does not generate any sales within a 3-month period, a review notice will be sent. If inactivity persists, ROOTS BAREFOOT reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the affiliation.
      4. Brand image
        • Affiliates must represent ROOTS BAREFOOT in a positive and professional manner. Any action that harms the brand's reputation will be grounds for immediate termination of the affiliation.

      Program Expectations

        Commitment to brand values

        • Affiliates are ambassadors of ROOTS BAREFOOT and are expected to share and promote the brand's values. 

        Open communication

        • Affiliates must maintain open communication with the ROOTS BAREFOOT team, reporting any incidents, technical problems, or support needs.

        Continuous improvement

        • Affiliates are welcome to share ideas and strategies to improve the affiliate program, creating a mutually beneficial relationship.

         

        Provision of Materials

          ROOTS BAREFOOT will provide its affiliates with:

          • Promotional material such as images, videos, and banners.
          • Updated information on promotions, product launches, and exclusive discounts.
          • Advice and support to maximize affiliate performance.

          Termination Terms

            ROOTS BAREFOOT reserves the right to terminate the affiliation if:

            • The affiliate fails to comply with the obligations described in this document.
            • There is continued inactivity for more than 6 months.
            • Practices contrary to the values or policies of ROOTS BAREFOOT are detected.
