¡Atención! A continuación te explicamos cómo realizarlo:

1. Introduce los datos del pedido:

En la pantalla de inicio de REVENI, verás 2 campos para introducir tu número de pedido y tu correo electrónico. Completa estos campos y selecciona “Continuar”.

2. Selecciona el producto a devolver o cambiar:

Una vez accedas a tu pedido, elige el producto específico que deseas devolver o cambiar. Haz clic en la opción correspondiente.

3. Selecciona la acción que quieres realizar:

En este momento puedes seleccionar cambio o devolución.

Si seleccionas cambio puedes optar por un cambio de talla o por un cambio de producto. Esta última opción te permitirá elegir cualquier otro producto de nuestra web.

4. Genera la etiqueta de devolución

Escoge el método de envío que quieres usar. Tanto en cambios como en devoluciones REVENI generará automáticamente una etiqueta de envío. No es necesario que la imprimas; simplemente lleva el código de barras al punto de entrega designado.

5. Elige el método de reembolso

Para devoluciones, REVENI ofrece distintas opciones de reembolso. Puedes seleccionar entre:

  • Reembolso al método de pago original
  • Transferencia instantánea a tu cuenta bancaria
  • Crédito en tienda para futuras compras

6. Verifica el estado de tu devolución o cambio:

Una vez completado el proceso, podrás hacer seguimiento en tiempo real desde la plataforma REVENI. Aquí se te notificará sobre el progreso hasta que el reembolso o cambio esté finalizado.

How to manage changes and returns.

Our returns policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as by Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 to adapt it to European Directive 97/7/EC.

The return or exchange period is 14 calendar days after receipt of the order.

IMPORTANT

It is essential that you return the product to us unused, in its original packaging and send it to us in a shipping bag or box . If we see signs of use or the product is damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.

If you want to make a return remember that:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with its labels and in its original packaging. It is very important that you return the product to us perfectly packaged. If it is damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
How to proceed with the return?
  • The refund will be made through the REVENI platform.
  • On this platform you will have to enter your order number and your email address. Here you can choose which product you want to return.
How do I send you the refund?
  • When you request a return, a return label or QR code will be sent to your email.
  • Take the package to the office that best suits you (Depending on the logistics provider indicated on the label).
  • You do not need to print this label, just showing the barcode or QR code at the counter is enough.
The cost of returns is €6.

SIZE CHANGES

How to make a size change?

The change will be managed through the REVENI platform:

  • The change will be made through the REVENI platform.
  • On this platform you will have to enter your order number and your email address. Here you can choose which product you want to exchange and choose the new size. Remember that you can exchange it for another product or another color.
  • Wrap the box in a shipping bag to protect it from damage during shipping (do not stick labels on the box).
  • Take the package to a nearby Correos, GLS or CTT point, depending on your preferences.
  • Just show the return label that you received in the email, you do not need to print it.
  • Once you deliver the package to the logistics office, we will take care of sending you the new item (you don't need to wait for it to arrive at the warehouse!).

THERE ARE PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

Based on the current law cited at the beginning of this page, NO The following returns are accepted:

  1. Articles that are in contact with the body during use : For hygiene reasons, this type of article cannot be returned or exchanged. Examples: FULL ROOTS CARE RANGE: separators, spacers, aligning band, bunion correction band, ball. 5-FINGER SOCKS and INSOLES.
  2. Items that are not suitable for re-circulation must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with their original individual packaging and all labels, in perfect condition. Used items are not accepted.
