These are the reference measurements.

It is important not to focus on the numerical size of the conventional footwear you usually wear (e.g., size 38), but rather on the number of cm your feet measure (24.2cm). Below, we explain how to measure your feet correctly.

1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

It is important not to focus on the numerical size of the conventional footwear you usually wear (e.g., size 38), but rather on the number of cm your feet measure (24.2cm). Below, we explain how to measure your feet correctly.

The footwear must NOT fit tightly; an appropriate amount of space must be ensured so that your foot can expand and contract freely. In this case, we recommend leaving between 0.7cm and 1cm of space for narrow/regular feet, and up to 1.3cm for wide feet or those seeking a roomier feel.

  • It is very important to measure your foot as accurately as possible to get the right size.
  • Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe. It does not necessarily have to be the big toe.
  • It is important to measure the length of both feet.
  • Take the measurement while standing.
  • The length measurement in the attached table is the measurement of the insole.

This is the size guide for this model. The length corresponds to the length of the inner insole. Remember to select the size that ensures an appropriate amount of space for your feet.

2. What is my size?

  1. Place your foot on the paper on a flat, smooth surface. Place the paper and your heel against the wall. Use a pencil to mark the point farthest from your foot (it does not necessarily have to be the big toe). Measure both feet, especially your longer foot. Measure it while wearing the type of sock you will use with these shoes.
  2. Measure the distance between the bottom edge of the paper and the line drawn with the pencil. This will be the actual length of your foot.
  3. We recommend choosing the shoe that allows an extra margin of between 0.7cm-1.3cm compared with the length of your foot. Remember that the length shown in the table is the measurement of the shoe insole.
