Product & Stock
Do products come in exactly the same hue? Plus sign

All garment colours are reproduced as faithfully as possible, yet slight differences may occur in colour and size details. Colours may look somewhat different on this website due to computer image resolution and individual screen settings.

What if the item I ordered is out of stock? Plus sign

All orders depend on stock being on hand. If an item is out of stock, we will reach out to you by phone or email and return the money paid for the item using the original payment method.

When will sold-out items be restocked? Plus sign

Revella The Label collections are made with limited quantities and may sell out swiftly. Once sold out, they are unlikely to be restocked.

How can I pay for my order? Plus sign

Will I receive an order confirmation? Plus sign

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact the customer support via the website.

How can I be sure you have received my order? Plus sign

Once you have placed your order, you will be shown a confirmation message containing your order number. This information will also be sent to you by email; it may take up to 60 minutes to appear in your inbox—so please be patient! Once our team at the storeroom has processed your order, you will receive a second email informing you that your order is on its way to you.

What if I have not received part of my order? Plus sign

If you are missing part of your order, please check:

1. Your dispatch email; if your order is to be sent in several parts, your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, and you will then receive another dispatch email. You will also receive several tracking numbers.

2. The receipt/invoice in the bag, which will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything listed on the invoice, the rest of your order will come separately.

3. If your order is arriving in several parcels, there will be a sticker on the bag to let you know the order has been divided.

Returns & refunds
How can I send back my online purchase? Plus sign

Simply send it to us by mail. Please contact customer service for the return address.

Make sure to include your order number, name, address, email, phone number, instructions, and any remarks.

All returns remain the responsibility of the buyer until received by Revella The Label.

In all cases, you must present the receipt you received with your parcel and state the reason for the return or exchange.

How do you return money? Plus sign

We handle reimbursements through the original method of payment.

Please be aware that shipping charges will not be included in the reimbursement unless the items are returned in line with your legal rights (for example, if they are defective or not as ordered).
