What are EVA rubber pieces?

Why you might need these EVA foam pieces?

• Better fit of spacers

How to use EVA foam pieces

	Step 1: Evaluate the spacer First, look at your finger spacers. Identify the 2 gaps that exist (gaps between the first and second finger and between the fourth and fifth finger). See where you feel you need more volume (you may not need adjustments or you may only need to fill in the thumb gap or just the pinky gap or both).
	Step 2: Adjust the size The EVA foam pieces we include may be larger than necessary. You can easily trim them with scissors or a cutter to fit the size you need. Make sure to trim gradually, testing the fit as you reduce the size to avoid trimming too much at once.
	Step 3: Place the pieces Once you've adjusted the size, insert the EVA pieces into the recesses of the spacers. Make sure they are well placed and do not cause discomfort. They should provide a firmer fit and improve the separation of your toes.
	Step 4: Test and adjust After you've put the pieces on, try on the toe spacers. Walk around a bit and adjust if necessary. The idea is to feel an improvement in fit and separation without causing discomfort.
