Order Shipping

• Shipping Date: Delivery dates are always estimates. Although we work hard to meet them, external factors beyond our control may always delay shipping (*).
• Shipping Conditions: If your order includes additional products besides the sneakers on pre-order, all items will be shipped together. Partial shipments will not be made before the estimated shipping date; in specific cases, double shipping costs will apply.

Pre-order Benefits: 

• Possible exclusive discount on the final price. 
• Limited quantities: We work with very limited stock, so this is the only way to secure your pair in the color you want and the size you need.
• Shipping priority: Receive your pair before anyone else. We will prioritize shipping sneakers sold through pre-order.
• Exchanges and returns accepted, in accordance with our policies.

How to Participate in the Pre-order:

1. Visit our website.
2. Select the model you want to buy, then choose the color and your size.
3. A “Product on Pre-order” notice will appear.
4. If you continue, you will be taken to the checkout screen. 
5. Pay using your preferred payment method. 
6. You will receive an email confirming your order. 
7. When the product ships, you will be notified by email and sent the package tracking number. 

Guarantees and Returns:

• Satisfaction Guaranteed: We want you to be truly happy with your purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return period from the date you receive the product.

Important Note:

(*) The manufacturing, transportation, and shipping processes may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, and the delivery date may be slightly later than estimated. Nevertheless, we will do absolutely everything possible to meet the deadlines.
