IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

It is important not to rely on the numerical size of the conventional footwear you usually wear (e.g., size 38), but rather on the number of cm your feet measure (24.2cm).  Below, we explain how to measure your feet correctly.

  • It is very important to measure your foot as thoroughly as possible to get the right size.
  • Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe. It does not have to be the big toe. It is important to measure the length of both feet.
  • Take the measurement while standing.
  • Pay close attention to the size guide for each model, as they vary.
  • In the size guide, you need to find the size that best fits your foot after adding the recommended margin.

📏 About the length of the MOCAFLIP model

The footwear should NOT fit tightly; an appropriate margin between the foot and the shoe must be ensured so that your foot can expand and contract freely. For this model, we recommend leaving a margin of between 0.7cm and 1cm for the foot on narrow/average feet, and up to 1.3cm on wide feet.

If you are going to wear them with socks (which is very likely), these may alter the length of your feet. Keep this in mind.

📏About the width of the MOCAFLIP model

The Moccaflip is a closed shoe made with soft fabrics that adapt well to the foot. Although the size guide indicates the inside measurements, not the insole, it may feel slightly roomier when worn thanks to the flexibility and softness of the materials.

What is my size?

  1. Place your foot on the paper on a flat, smooth surface. Place the paper and your heel against the wall. Use a pencil to mark the point farthest from your foot (it does not have to be the big toe). Measure both feet.
  2. Measure the distance between the bottom edge of the paper and the line drawn with the pencil. This will be the actual length of your foot.
  3. You can also draw the outline of your foot on a sheet of paper.
  4. We recommend choosing the size that allows an extra margin of between 0.7cm-1.3 cm compared to the length of your foot. Remember that the length shown in the chart is the measurement of the inside of the shoe.
