01 · Before getting started

This is not a magic solution

These tools do not work on their own: they are components of a comprehensive approach to recovery and footwear changes. For them to be successful, keep these three pillars in mind.

Time

Each foot has its own starting point. Adaptation is gradual.

Constancia

Don't push your body too hard. Changes don't happen overnight.

Prudence

Use the tools mindfully. If you experience any discomfort, stop and go back.

Attention. If you have any condition, discomfort, or special situation affecting your feet, consult an up-to-date professional before using these tools.

Precautions summary

Stop using if...

  • You feel intense or persistent pain
  • Inflammation or redness appears
  • Note loss of circulation or persistent tingling
  • The discomfort doesn't go away when you remove the tool

General rules

  • Do not use while sleeping (separators and corrective band)
  • Avoid narrow-toe footwear while wearing them
  • Use in children only under professional supervision
  • If you have a pre-existing condition, consult a professional beforehand

Remember…

These tools are not magic solutions on their own: they are complementary elements within a comprehensive recovery approach. Their effectiveness increases when they are incorporated into a routine that includes specific exercises and the use of barefoot footwear.

They can help you maintain proper alignment and prevent deformities, but their success depends on combining them with practices that promote foot strength, flexibility, and mobility.
