What margin should I leave?

We recommend leaving a minimum margin of 1 cm between the length of your foot and that of the insole. If you know you will be wearing very thick socks, you can even leave up to 1.5 cm without any problem.

With this model, you may need 1 or 2 sizes larger than your usual size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one

Measurements from our guide

The lengths indicated in our size guide correspond to the length of the inner insole, that is, the actual measurement of the insole on which you place your foot. The interior space of the shoe is not much larger, as the fur takes up space.

Do the shoes stretch?

Yes, with use, Nomad shoes stretch slightly, and the fur gets a little compressed and adapts to the shape of the foot. Even so, it is important not to choose a size that is too tight from the start. It is better to have a little more space than too little.

✅ Key recommendations:

  • Measure your foot carefully (ideally at the end of the day).
  • Check the insole length corresponding to each size in our chart.
  • Add at least 1 cm to the result of your measurement.
  • If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one (especially if you wear winter socks).

🛑 Avoid unnecessary exchanges

Keep this information in mind to avoid subsequent size exchanges. The Nomad model is very cushioned and comfortable, but it needs a good amount of internal space from the start to provide maximum comfort.

How do I measure my foot?

  1. Place your foot on the paper on a flat, smooth surface. Place the paper and your heel against the wall. Use a pencil to mark the point farthest from your foot (it does not necessarily have to be the big toe). Measure both feet.
  2. Measure the distance between the bottom edge of the paper and the line drawn with the pencil. This will be the actual length of your foot.
  3. You can also draw the outline of your foot on a sheet of paper.
  4. We recommend choosing the size that leaves an extra margin of between 0.7 cm and 1.3 cm compared with the length of your foot. Remember that the length shown in the table is the measurement of the inside of the shoe.
